SF Hotel Stories

Hospitality Industry Veteran / Writer
My earliest written work comes from childhood: my friends and I wrote our own comic books. As a teenager obsessed with film, I started writing movie reviews. Traveling overseas after high school, I kept a detailed diary; and, upon my return entered film school. I was honored to be selected as a semi-finalist with the Nicholls Fellowship, the Motion Picture Academy's student screenwriting competition. My screenplay, Senseless, was one of a hundred lucky entries, out of thousands of submissions. I received a BA in Film Production, with an emphasis in screenwriting from, San Francisco State University, and found myself in the creative community writing screenplays and comedy sketches. Some of which were later broadcast. As I began working in hospitality, I ventured out into writing articles for local and international publications, focusing on tourism and San Francisco. And now a book.
