Through AIDS, 9/11, and a global pandemic which saw the hospitality industry shuttered overnight (and worldwide), the hotel concierge persevered and is not an endangered species in the era of Google and AI.

We are relevant and necessary. Just ask anyone who ever printed out “Best restaurants in Chinatown,” and got 40-page document, who in turn asked their concierge to extrapolate.

The NCCA (not the NCAA) is a trade organization of hotel and resort concierge of northern California.

Founded in 1985, it is now in its 40th year. Who knows how many millions of visitors were helped by their concierge?

Membership literally spans Northern California, from Yosemite, to Carmel, to the Wine Country.

The NCCA annual trade show welcomes thousands of event planners, hospitality managers, and anyone who wants access to the vendors we utilize every day.
